Prints are available in standard sizes from 8" x 10" to 30" x 40".  Image composition dictates what size prints are available for a particular image.   Sizes are limited to the proportion available for that image, and some cropping may be required.  With some images, we do offer larger sizes (8-foot or greater) for large installations.    Please contact us for more information on custom sizes and the type of image you are interested in.  

 

 

 

  

 

 

PRINT MEDIUM OPTIONS

 

 

ACRYLIC PRINTS

For a high-end display that is sleek and elegant unlike any other.  This option uses a fine art glossy print (rich colors on archival paper) which is then face mounted with a 1/4" crystal clear acrylic and finished with a black styrene to create a striking display and stunning modern artistic statement.   

 

Acrylic prints may be ordered with or without a mounting bracket.  For prints that include a mounting bracket, a black metal frame with wire hangar is attached for easier hanging as well as providing 1-5/16 inch visual relief from the wall.

 

Framing is not required.

GALLERY PRINTS

These are exhibition quality, archival, fine art prints.  Available on Glossy, Luster (semi-gloss) or Matte print surface.  Glossy is typically the preferred choice.  May also be ordered with “vivid” Metallic paper (special order).  Options for mounting of Gallery Prints are either Archival Rag Matt 4-ply Board, Styrene, Masonite, or Foamboard.

 

Framing is typically required.

CANVAS WRAP

Printed on fine art archival canvas, wrapped around a 1-1/2" wood frame and ready to be hung as is.  Can be ordered with "vivid" Metallic inks (special order).

METAL PRINTS

Images are printed using an ultra sharp dye sublimation process that produces stunningly vibrant and long lasting colors.  The photo is printed directly onto ultra-smooth, premium grade aluminum with 1/8 inch rounded corners.  The final product has a high-gloss finish that gives the image an amazing luminescence, dimension, and clarity.

HOW TO ORDER

 

 We ask that you initially contact us using the "Information Request Form" on the Contact Us page.  This helps us gather the initial information we need to assist you with your project.   We will then respond to your request and confirm your choices before finalizing an order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.com.  We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Personal Checks.  


SHIPPING

Orders will normally ship within 3 to 10 business days. Some orders may require a longer duration, but you will be notified in those cases.  

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If on the very rare occasion an item is damaged during shipping, you must contact the freight company within 48 hours to make a claim. Additionally, it is your responsibility to save the packaging the art work came in.  Please be aware that failure to save the packaging can be grounds for the freight company to deny your claim.  


RETURNS

It is important to us that you be completely satisfied with your order. We will accept returns for refunds, re-prints, or exchanges up to 30 days after the sale.  Please contact us prior to making a return to receive a return authorization number, as we do not accept returns without the return authorization number.   Any item returned for a refund must be returned in the condition it was received. We will refund the purchase price of the item being returned minus any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, unless we shipped your order in error, in which case, we will provide a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.  Customers returning an item and requesting a re-print or exchange should contact us for further details.
